I lived there for 10 years, and NEVER had ANY issues with ANYONE until Angela became the manager over the complex. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON HER PART. I GUESS THATS WHY SHES NO LONGER THERE, but if she chooses to continue being the way she was while \" Managing Cedar Springs \" she may wanna choose a different profession, as NO ONE likes the Constant DRAMA, and LIES that follows her. Thankfully my Family & I NO LONGER live at Cedar Springs, but at least we enjoyed 8 of the 10 years we lived there. They are in serious need of renovations as we did have pretty much constant maintenance issues while residing there. EVERYTHING needs to be updated.more ...hide ...

Moved into my apartment 4 months ago. And I have to say it has been a blessing. The staff has always been friendly and seem to really care about their job and the care for the residents. The staff has always been friendly and seem to really care about their job and the care for the residents. Maintenance team are always friendly and are always staying busy. The location is awesome with a bus stop in front of the property and the mall in the rear of property. Residents are for the most part friendly and seemed tobe always in a cheerful mood. The programs they have in place here are great as well, they give the Residents the feeling of independence yet support for there everyday needs. I love it here.more ...hide ...

I very rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I have had enough with this place. The laundry rooms are never cleaned; the floors look like they've never been washed. The laundry rooms are never cleaned; the floors look like they've never been washed. How can you expect people to respect the property when the people running it clearly don't? They recently posted a picture of a tidy laundry room with a soda machine on their district Facebook page, but that's a lie. The rent we pay for this apartment is outrageous considering these conditions. The pool? What pool? It's revolting. They have given a variety of excuses for that. The people in the office will tell you anything; usually, you can't rely on what they say. We requested a lock for our mailbox back in February, and yet, it hasn't been done as of July 18, 2022. When my husband asked again, we were told that since ours is the only occupied unit needing a lock, it wasn't going to get done. Unbelievable! Maintenance has known about the leaking faucet for a while, and my husband was informed last Thursday that they had taken our keys to fix it, but surprise, it still hasn't been done. This is unacceptable; things are expensive enough, and to have our money literally going down the drain is ridiculous. The shower knob is dripping, and the water is running underneath the tub and probably the floor, but it's obvious they're in no hurry to fix it.more ...hide ...
