this place is not a good place to rent from it says low income its not and they move you in at the end of the month and then turn to say you have to pay next month and the manager to are rude not good place to live

These apartments are the slums of Fairview Mold everywhere in these apartments brown recluse spiders Call the office it goes to a voicemail when you leave a message no one returns your calls I sent two emails after multiple attempts of calling and ne These apartments are the slums of Fairview Mold everywhere in these apartments brown recluse spiders Call the office it goes to a voicemail when you leave a message no one returns your calls I sent two emails after multiple attempts of calling and never getting a response the office is doesnt open until after I leave for work and closes before I get home They acknowledged my emails but did not make any attempt to fix the issue When some one moves out of an apartment instead of fixing said mold problem they instead just paint over the mold Dont even think about putting in a service request if you need something done either bc it will not get fixed Most not all but probably 95 of the people that live there dont work do drugs live off the government but yet they sit outside in the breezeways getting drunk every single night I was physically assaulted by one of the tenants that live there because it was 1 am and they were outside getting drunk and being obnoxiously loud Called the police and said person had people lie for her so she wouldnt go to jail I packed myself and my children up the next day and got out of there The office manager did not care about the safety of my children or myself Most of the kids around that place are bad influences This is an awful place to live even for a single adult even worse of a place to live if you have children Thankfully my family and I are out of there after a year of living there and in a very nice neighborhood where I dont have to worry about getting assaulted or worry about the safety of my children Take caution before deciding to sign a lease at this place more ... hide ...
