The area is not very nice, and the apartment manager is a joke. The best thing that can be said about this apartment is that it is terrible, and that is the kindest thing that can be said. It would be better to spend a few more hundred dollars and find a better place; you will probably end up paying that much in energy bills as the air conditioner will be running constantly, not to mention all the heat escaping through the cracks in the building. Many of the neighbors sleep with their windows open and have window air units. This place is a dump! Legacy-partners has taken over the management, but they need to sort out the inner workings of the complex. It is completely unprofessional and ill-informed to have the lady in the office dealing with these matters. It is a joke! I apologize for any typos; the thought of this money pit had me very angry. The apartments in Fairview are quite the slums; they are full of mold and brown recluse spiders. Calling the office is a waste of time, as no one ever returns calls or emails. Service requests also go unanswered, so don't expect much help there either. Most people living in these apartments don't work and do drugs while sitting outside getting drunk every night! I was even physically assaulted by one of them late at night while they were being loud outside. Thankfully my family and I got out after a year - what an awful place to live for anyone, especially those with children! Do yourself a favor and take caution when considering signing a lease here! more ... hide ...
