Calling the office is a waste of time, as no one ever returns calls or emails. When someone moves out, instead of fixing the mold problem, they just paint over it. Service requests also go unanswered, so don't expect much help there either. Most people living in these apartments don't work and do drugs while sitting outside getting drunk every night! I was even physically assaulted by one of them late at night while they were being loud outside. Thankfully my family and I got out after a year - what an awful place to live for anyone, especially those with children! Do yourself a favor and take caution when considering signing a lease here!more ...hide ...

Routine maintenance, is anything but routine.more ...hide ...
