Service requests also go unanswered, so don't expect much help there either. Most people living in these apartments don't work and do drugs while sitting outside getting drunk every night! I was even physically assaulted by one of them late at night while they were being loud outside. Thankfully my family and I got out after a year - what an awful place to live for anyone, especially those with children!
