The laundry rooms are never cleaned; the floors look like they've never been washed. They recently posted a picture of a tidy laundry room with a soda machine on their district Facebook page, but that's a lie. The rent we pay for this apartment is outrageous considering these conditions. The pool? What pool? It's revolting. They have given a variety of excuses for that. The people in the office will tell you anything; usually, you can't rely on what they say. We requested a lock for our mailbox back in February, and yet, it hasn't been done as of July 18, 2022. When my husband asked again, we were told that since ours is the only occupied unit needing a lock, it wasn't going to get done. Unbelievable! Maintenance has known about the leaking faucet for a while, and my husband was informed last Thursday that they had taken our keys to fix it, but surprise, it still hasn't been done. This is unacceptable; things are expensive enough, and to have our money literally going down the drain is ridiculous.
