The staff here is incredibly unsympathetic and unfeeling, and many of the other residents are the same. My dad was expelled from Radnor Towers and he doesn't have anywhere else to go. I was not even aware that he was on the verge of being evicted until I saw a letter when I visited him. When I called to inquire about it, the building manager was clearly angry that I was aware of it and responded to my question in a cold, insincere manner. Then, I received a call from the building last week saying that he had been evicted in a phone conversation that lasted a mere 22 seconds. My dad is a good person who has unfortunately lost control of himself. I was trying to get him help, but now I'm in a race against time to find him a place to live. This was after pipes bursting in the building and fans being put in his room twice to dry the carpet, and the carpet was ruined. We were also told that he would have to move to a hotel for one month of renovations to his apartment, but three weeks before the move, the date was pushed back to August. There has been consistent construction going on for the past year, but the uncaring attitude of the staff is what is truly despicable. more ... hide ...
