It was a terrible experience when the Dominium employees arrived. They were extremely impolite and had a condescending attitude. The regional manager refused to sign my lease because she couldn't manage a discussion she wasn't even a part of. She cal It was a terrible experience when the Dominium employees arrived. She called the police on me with baseless accusations and openly mocked evicting me and my children! Amber Pratter is exceptionally callous and bigoted! She took away my children's and my home without any valid justification and no other place to go! I tried to call the corporate office, but they directed me back to her. Kelsi knows the truth and also is wrong for not speaking against her own mother (the regional manager) since you know inside I didn't do anything wrong! I never had any altercation with anybody in the office until Amber Pratter interfered with Kelsi's and my conversation. I've reported about the mold for three months to two different people, yet nobody came to inspect it. My cabinet was close to collapsing and I was told that the insurance claim was too costly, so they put a makeshift board to replace it. I been here 6 12 yrs The new management team have done more than the others before them I would recommend people to move here cause the office and maintenance crew are very friendly and will get the job done
