The staff and the residents are very unkind and unfeeling. My father was recently evicted from Radnor Towers, and he doesn't have anywhere else to turn to. I wasn't aware of his eviction until I came across a letter when I visited him. When I contacted the building to inquire, I was responded to in a very cold and insincere manner, as if the building manager was mad that I knew about it. Later, I got a call from the building saying that he was evicted in a conversation that was merely 22 seconds in length. My dad is a decent person who has lost control of himself, and I was trying to get him help, but now I'm struggling to find a new place for him to live. All of this happened after pipes burst in the building and fans were placed in his room to dry the carpet twice, decimating it. Moreover, he was told he would have to move to a hotel for a month for renovations to his apartment, but three weeks prior to the move, the date was pushed back to August.
