They thrive on passing the buck, so to speak, and never resolve any issues. There are plenty of good workers out there who can do this job better yet they constantly hire empty headed people to work here. The male staff is even worse, they cant speak English and ramble on incoherently when your trying to get a straight answer from them. They stare at you blankly when your speaking to them then mumble a response that your lucky to even catch an audible word from. The rules arent enforced here and residents are becoming more and more trashy. Its beginning to look like Little Mexico here. I wont be staying any longer then I need too. more ... hide ... Furthermore, the local managers are incompetent and indifferent to the resident's needs, and the ownership (Blazer) did not intervene despite multiple requests from the residents. These flats are a great place to stay in-- safe, friendly neighbors, plus a gym and office with free printing. Frustratingly, it's almost impossible to get hold of the office and they have strict rules on vehicles and visitors, employing a tow-away service to keep tabs. The office staff can be a bit snippy-- I've experienced both good and bad service from the two ladies there. Generally, the grounds are well-kept and maintenance is quick to attend to needs. For the cost, the amenities surpass others. Sure, the office can be unreliable and the staff's attitude can be off-putting, but they do make sure you're taken care of.
