This management cares nothing about their elderly tenants Beautiful place but the health of the residents mean nothing to them

Our family member recently moved out of the Providence Town Square Apartments in Deer Park, TX and we caution others to stay away. The facility is misrepresented in its public advertising, with many services unavailable, such as the entertainment rooms, pool, and elevators regularly not working. Furthermore, the local managers are incompetent and indifferent to the resident's needs, and the ownership (Blazer) did not intervene despite multiple requests from the residents.
