Strung me along saying approval for this income-restricted apartment was very likely. I was right on the cusp of the income requirement but am a single parent with four young children. They wasted my time and in the end said I was not approved after telling me to give them a chance when I told them the timeline was getting too long and I needed to secure housing for my family. Unless you are WELL UNDER the income restriction, dont waste your time. Then they just gave me the deposit back in the form of the money order I gave them, made out to them. What a hassle. So I basically wasted $20 for a place I should have qualified for and the manager, Alex who I worked with, didnt even have the nerve to talk to me herself when I wasnt approved. Jessica helped me a lot and seems to be doing the best she can, she is the only person in the office so I can understand certain things but my kitchen has been infested with roaches the exterminator has came once even though I€™ve asked for them to come once a week until the problem is solved. I haven€™t even unpacked all of my things because there are so many roaches. Multiple neighbors are constantly yelling and screaming at each other while their kids are crying. None of the work orders I have sent have been completed or even asked about and it€™s been weeks my toilet has been clogged for days now and it looks like they came in and fixed one out of the 5 things I asked to be fixed and didn€™t even notify me they were going to be coming into my home. Super disappointed I€™ll be here for another 11 months.more ...hide ...
