They wasted my time and in the end said I was not approved after telling me to give them a chance when I told them the timeline was getting too long and I needed to secure housing for my family. Unless you are WELL UNDER the income restriction, dont waste your time. Then they just gave me the deposit back in the form of the money order I gave them, made out to them. What a hassle. So I basically wasted $20 for a place I should have qualified for and the manager, Alex who I worked with, didnt even have the nerve to talk to me herself when I wasnt approved. I havent even unpacked all of my things because there are so many roaches. Multiple neighbors are constantly yelling and screaming at each other while their kids are crying. None of the work orders I have sent have been completed or even asked about and its been weeks my toilet has been clogged for days now and it looks like they came in and fixed one out of the 5 things I asked to be fixed and didnt even notify me they were going to be coming into my home. Nell, however, contacted me twice during my search to motivate me to apply while units were still available, since the process could be lengthy. I was really impressed by the way they worked with me throughout the application process and they were never irritated with me. I stayed in touch with them for eight weeks (the amount of time it took for my application to be processed) and Nell would keep me informed about the status of my application, always being polite. When I was approved eventually, I realized that this property should have been the first one I looked at! Blair and Lucia were extremely helpful and made sure I didn't miss anything in my apartment. The outside and inside of the building are kept in outstanding condition. My apartment was far more attractive when I saw it in person than in the photos. Whenever my family visits, they remark how much like home the apartments are. My favorite thing about it is the large balcony, especially with children.
