They never answer their phone I was trying to lease an apartment but nobody answers the phone

I came in to town to visit a family member that lives here and while the apartments themselves are gorgeous the responsiveness of the office staff and maintenance personnel was ATROCIOUS After reading reviews on other sites and talking to current and I came in to town to visit a family member that lives here and while the apartments themselves are gorgeous the responsiveness of the office staff and maintenance personnel was ATROCIOUS After reading reviews on other sites and talking to current and former tenants its clear to me that in the last year something has broken in this complex Maintenance requests are being ignored there are roach infestations No one knows whats going on Its a mad house Apply as a last resort but dont expect top notch treatment more ... hide ...

I moved in a month ago and so far Im super disappointed Jessica helped me a lot and seems to be doing the best she can she is the only person in the office so I can understand certain things but my kitchen has been infested with roaches the extermina I moved in a month ago and so far Im super disappointed Jessica helped me a lot and seems to be doing the best she can she is the only person in the office so I can understand certain things but my kitchen has been infested with roaches the exterminator has came once even though Ive asked for them to come once a week until the problem is solved I havent even unpacked all of my things because there are so many roaches Multiple neighbors are constantly yelling and screaming at each other while their kids are crying None of the work orders I have sent have been completed or even asked about and its been weeks my toilet has been clogged for days now and it looks like they came in and fixed one out of the 5 things I asked to be fixed and didnt even notify me they were going to be coming into my home Super disappointed Ill be here for another 11 months more ... hide ...
