I moved out at the beginning of march due to having a situation with my downstairs neighbors that the management in the office handled poorly It has been since the beginning of march that I have been trying to receive my deposit back and have been gi I moved out at the beginning of march due to having a situation with my downstairs neighbors that the management in the office handled poorly It has been since the beginning of march that I have been trying to receive my deposit back and have been given the run around again multiple times Ive tried calling the new office staff and they dont answer then phone Ive been trying to get ahold of the district manager Hector and he is just as hard to get ahold of as well I have been moved out for almost 4 months now and have not seen or heard anything back about how to get my deposit back They will not answer my calls and cant leave a voicemail DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE IT BACK THE MANAGEMENT AND HIGHER UPS DO NOT CARE more ... hide ...

I had a very bad experience with management They made it seem like I was going to get approved took my deposit with no problem even filled out the money order with their name When I was denied I was unable to cash my money order for deposit due to th I had a very bad experience with management They made it seem like I was going to get approved took my deposit with no problem even filled out the money order with their name When I was denied I was unable to cash my money order for deposit due to them filling it out already I took the money order to management and they stated it would get sent to corporate and corporate would issue a refund first I was told 2 weeks then 30 days Ive been getting the run around trying to get my deposit back for 3 months I even called corporate and have not been able to get through to speak to someone They were so quick to take my money but now I cant get it back25000 may not seem a lot to them or a big deal but to me it is when Im a single parent more ... hide ...

If i could give this place 0 stars i would Nancy and Misty who work in the office are horrible employees who dont care about their residents They give out personal information to other tenants who are harassing and when you go to them to vent your fr If i could give this place 0 stars i would Nancy and Misty who work in the office are horrible employees who dont care about their residents They give out personal information to other tenants who are harassing and when you go to them to vent your frustration they listen but dont care to do anything about it I went and spoke with Nancy at the beginning of the month who actively assured me the situations at hand would get handled only to find out she never told anyone else that i went into the office Was then told by Misty Id hear from her by the end of the day and it has been 3 days now since i have not heard back from them The office is untrustworthy The hallway light in building 2 has been out since I moved in last September and every time they say theyre gonna call you back they dont I have tried reaching out to their corporate office but just like the front office they dont call back Horrible business if you ask meDONT LIVE HERE more ... hide ...
