Dealing with certain staff members made staying in this development unbearable and I dreaded going to the on-site office to address any issues. Due to the unacceptable, disrespectful, and rude behavior of certain members, I cannot recommend this place. The saying goes that "one bad apple spoils the bunch", and this is especially true here; certain staff members only care about protecting their jobs, regardless of any unethical practices. They are also sending me the report by mail. I have never been evicted or arrested. NO BACKGROUND what so ever. I refuse to rent with you all any further but I am Distraught at the fact that I was incriminated and will be getting me a lawyer because that kind of activity is unacceptable. Me and my son are borderline homeless and to get a email back saying my application was denied and next to the reason says criminal was very heartbreaking for me. I need answers ASAP.
