I have been here for a year and the turnover rate for staff members in the leasing office has been incredibly high. The level of professionalism in the office has been the worst I have seen, and each time there was new staff, the rudeness and unprofessionalism only got worse. Managers and higher ups would give you false and incorrect policies and then make it seem like it was your fault. Dealing with certain staff members made staying in this development unbearable and I dreaded going to the on-site office to address any issues. Due to the unacceptable, disrespectful, and rude behavior of certain members, I cannot recommend this place. The saying goes that "one bad apple spoils the bunch", and this is especially true here; certain staff members only care about protecting their jobs, regardless of any unethical practices. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE and hope you are not one of the residents they choose to treat this way. I would not give this place even one star, but since I had to rate it, I had to give it a one.more ...hide ...

I have been emailing and calling Clear Creek Apartments for the last two days. My application was recently denied because of a criminal background that I dont have. I called Corelogic and they informed me that they never reported a criminal background to Clear Creek Apartments, everything came back good. They are also sending me the report by mail. I have never been evicted or arrested. NO BACKGROUND what so ever. I refuse to rent with you all any further but I am Distraught at the fact that I was incriminated and will be getting me a lawyer because that kind of activity is unacceptable. Me and my son are borderline homeless and to get a email back saying my application was denied and next to the reason says criminal was very heartbreaking for me. I need answers ASAP.
