Managers and higher ups would give you false and incorrect policies and then make it seem like it was your fault. Dealing with certain staff members made staying in this development unbearable and I dreaded going to the on-site office to address any issues. Due to the unacceptable, disrespectful, and rude behavior of certain members, I cannot recommend this place. The saying goes that "one bad apple spoils the bunch", and this is especially true here; certain staff members only care about protecting their jobs, regardless of any unethical practices. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE and hope you are not one of the residents they choose to treat this way.
