I had a horrible experience at this apartment complex. It seems like guests are not allowed at all. Last night, when I came to the apartment complex, I noticed the sign saying that parking is for residents and visitors oI had a horrible experience at this apartment complex. It seems like guests are not allowed at all. Last night, when I came to the apartment complex, I noticed the sign saying that parking is for residents and visitors only. As I am a visitor, I parked my car with DV plates in the designated spot and after five minutes it was towed away at my own expense. When talking to management, they informed me that it is the duty of residents to tell their guests that they cannot park here - although the sign states otherwise. There was no indication on their website either about special placards or time restrictions regarding parking for visitors so why should a resident be responsible? Furthermore, even if there was such an indication on their website or a sign specifying placards were needed - since office hours would have been over by then - getting one wouldn't have been possible anyway! It's annoying how management doesn't make its rules clear nor do they inform either residents or visitors of these policies leading to this type of hassle and inconvenience. ***UPDATE*** After speaking with them again, they revealed that guest placards aren't issued and guests can park only between 7am-7pm. It would be great if there was some kind of notification stating these rules instead so people know what needs to be done; if someone has to park past 7pm then placard acquisition won't even be possible as office will already be closed by then which makes following these unwritten regulations impossible . All in all , really disappointed bymore ...hide ...

When I first moved in last year when it was under previous management and called Cevallos Lofts, I received excellent communication and service from office staff the majority of the time.However, after it was bought and When I first moved in last year when it was under previous management and called Cevallos Lofts, I received excellent communication and service from office staff the majority of the time.However, after it was bought and renamed Trove Southtown, office staff have often been rude and unprofessional. I have called and left callback messages at least 5 times this week alone, at various points throughout the days, with no response. I have emailed the office and received no response. They even said they €œlost€ my email for my 60 day move out notice when I was finally able to talk to someone. I have tried several times recently to visit the office in person, after I got off from work at 5 pm, to find the office already locked and empty even though they are only supposed to close at 6 pm on weekdays.I loved my apartment here, the surrounding area, and community. However, the office staff has soured my perception of this place.more ...hide ...
