When I first moved in last year when it was under previous management and called Cevallos Lofts I received excellent communication and service from office staff the majority of the timenHowever after it was bought and renamed Trove Southtown office s When I first moved in last year when it was under previous management and called Cevallos Lofts I received excellent communication and service from office staff the majority of the timenHowever after it was bought and renamed Trove Southtown office staff have often been rude and unprofessional I have called and left callback messages at least 5 times this week alone at various points throughout the days with no response I have emailed the office and received no response They even said they lost my email for my 60 day move out notice when I was finally able to talk to someone I have tried several times recently to visit the office in person after I got off from work at 5 pm to find the office already locked and empty even though they are only supposed to close at 6 pm on weekdaysnI loved my apartment here the surrounding area and community However the office staff has soured my perception of this place more ... hide ...
