There is a new management and maintenance team that is working hard to make sure the property is well taken care of as well as the residents. I placed a work order and it was quickly taken care of by the maintenance person in charge. The office lady is very nice and attentive to my needs. These apartments work with you and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere affordable yet nice place to live.more ...hide ...

A relative oIn my honest and sincere opinion, the staff at this facility are very disorganized. I have spoken to a few members who were friendly, but overall, it seems that no one here takes responsibility for anything. A relative of mine passed away at this location, and his ex-wife (they were married long ago and had no contact since) was able to get into his apartment and take many valuable possessions from the room. How could this be allowed to happen? You let two people without any authority into the apartment and failed to take any responsibility for it? I would not trust anyone to have an elderly relative of theirs live at this facility. Please do not bring them here. The personnel here are completely unethical. They were extremely rude over the phone and were of no help when my dad is the ONLY relative who lives here in the US who should have had access to his room to get his documents and belongings that he cherished. Our relative's ex-wife and another person were able to randomly "appear," do whatever she wanted and the office did nothing about it and they act like they know nothing. When we informed them they acted surprised. I would NEVER feel safe having a family member stay here. They are discourteous, unhelpful, unresponsive, and totally careless. This place deserves to go out of business. How can you treat a deceased individual's items like that and treat the grieving relatives like that.more ...hide ...
