I would not trust anyone to have an elderly relative of theirs live at this facility. Please do not bring them here. The personnel here are completely unethical. They were extremely rude over the phone and were of no help when my dad is the ONLY relative who lives here in the US who should have had access to his room to get his documents and belongings that he cherished. Our relative's ex-wife and another person were able to randomly "appear," do whatever she wanted and the office did nothing about it and they act like they know nothing.
