I would not trust anyone to have an elderly relative of theirs live at this facility. Please do not bring them here. The personnel here are completely unethical. They were extremely rude over the phone and were of no help when my dad is the ONLY relative who lives here in the US who should have had access to his room to get his documents and belongings that he cherished. Our relative's ex-wife and another person were able to randomly "appear," do whatever she wanted and the office did nothing about it and they act like they know nothing. When we informed them they acted surprised. I would NEVER feel safe having a family member stay here. They are discourteous, unhelpful, unresponsive, and totally careless. When she asked for the deposit last minute, I should have been more aware. I will take the loss but I want to WARN others as she will do this again. Please be aware of this scam artist if you don't have $200 to gamble. Hopefully they change management soon as the property is nice and in a good area.
