Where is LaShae, the Regional Manager, when you need her? She's MIA and not even responding to my calls or texts. I informed her about issues with the ongoing construction job, but it seems she doesn't care. She's seen my calls and texts, but still doesn't respond. This is so unprofessional and irritating! I had to miss work in the morning due to the mess that happened late into the night. There were workers walking around my apartment, trying to find leaks so they could turn on everyone's water, only to discover I was the only one without water last night and until 5pm today. This job is being overseen by Ben and a group of bumbling idiots. I'm hoping this review will reach someone who cares, or that a concerned party will contact Veronica or Nick to ensure operations will be smoother and more professional. We're already hassled and I don't need people banging on my door at 10pm. I go to work at 2am. This is outrageous! Thanks to Natalie for reaching out. Even Michelle Obama will respond to calls or texts in a timely manner, LaShae. Come on, do better!
Update: Even though I haven't heard from LaShae or Natalie, Ben is making an effort to do better and make this situation as bearable as possible.
