My children and I have all been unwell due to the mold. Samples of the air were taken and showed three toxic molds at high levels, one of which was active. I gave the owner my daughter's medical records and a lease release form in November, but have still yet to receive a response. The woman from the office claims she did not bring the issue to the owner's attention, nor did he mention anything about releasing me. He is refusing to let me out of my contract, despite the fact that another tenant had mold in their apartment and had to be hospitalized because of it. The owner has caused harm to my children due to his negligence, yet still refuses to take any responsibility or let me go. So again, RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. more ... hide ...

I have been living here for a little over 6 months Its an okay property an okay place to call home I would not recommend these apartments if you work from home or have kids that need WIFI for virtual home learning This property doesnt allow you to h I have been living here for a little over 6 months Its an okay property an okay place to call home I would not recommend these apartments if you work from home or have kids that need WIFI for virtual home learning This property doesnt allow you to have your own wifi company They offer you theres Seemed great at first so I pay 35mo for there WiFi that NEVER works Multiple people ask the leasing office and property manager They give us the run around and say they have to speak to the person that owns the property to fix it Dont know if thats a lie but it is very unfortunate If you dont mind that then it would be a good place to call home but dont live in the 3 building a lot of my neighbors tell me they cant sleep at night because the pipes make a lot of noise And that the leasing agent gives them the run around about that too Maintenance is great though its not there fault more ... hide ...
