If i could give no stars i would Not only did my central air and heat not work from the time of move in but the time of move out i had 3 work orders in for it and all had failed to be resolved Clogged toilets flooding my bottom floor sinks that were If i could give no stars i would Not only did my central air and heat not work from the time of move in but the time of move out i had 3 work orders in for it and all had failed to be resolved Clogged toilets flooding my bottom floor sinks that were so old and corroded that they broke and dripped Constant roaches and mold and the dishwasher leaked consistently The management is rude and unruly They refuse to answer phone calls are never in the office on time leave early ignore requests for maintenance and treat you as if you are lesser of a human than them The people who occupy the other units are rude loud trashy and unorthodox The roads are always covered in trash from the over flowing trash bins and the kids in the complex play in the middle of the road regardless of vehicles passing through They damage property they through their balls at peoples vehicles they hit people cars with sticks and rocks and sand Their parents do not care to correct their behavior My mailbox was broken into 2 times while living in the complex Management made me get a post office box The water smells atrocious and doesnt mix well with the lack of circulation within the units The children also through their balls sticks sand and rocks at new tenants windows and vehicles The other tenants were selling drugs from multiple units There was constand police officers out every night Hilda specifically refused to offer any assistance in speeding along the maintenance process more ... hide ...

I looked into Park Village Apartments for my disabled parents and brother I read some of the reviews but I also talked to people who live here Online reviews are one side of a story and people shocker dont always tell the truth when theyre mad things I looked into Park Village Apartments for my disabled parents and brother I read some of the reviews but I also talked to people who live here Online reviews are one side of a story and people shocker dont always tell the truth when theyre mad things didnt go their waynnLet me start this off by saying that the paperwork can be complicated to fill out This is housing that fills a much needed gap for those whos income falls higher than poverty level but not high enough to obtain housing in a more expensive apartment complex Understand there is some bureaucracy that must be served Also understand that the staff do not set these rulesnnThat being said the staff at Park Village were utterly and unequivocally phenomenal I dealt with Sonia almost exclusively during the application process and she is hands down one of the most patient and wonderful people I have ever met She literally went line for line down the paperwork to explain understanding that its complicated to complete and helped me get everything filled out just so As I mentioned before you have to understand these are not HER rules These are the rules that have been set forth by the management company Bless her I probably drove her crazy having to fill stuff out sometimes three times and resubmit paperwork because I didnt do it correctlynnAs to the property due to my job I go into a lot of different complexes and see a lot of different types of houses and apartments Park Village is not brand new but it is clean and safe They do their best to make sure its kept that way too The grounds were kept clean and free of trash None of the dumpsters had trash around it like Ive seen at even some of the more expensive complexes I can tell that the staff take pride in their grounds When we had a couple of small issues during the walkthrough she and her supervisor immediately and profusely apologized and took responsibility for it even though in my opinion it wasnt their fault Before we even got the door closed the maintenance person was there to deal with it and make it rightnnIll close out my review by mentioning one of the big things I noticed a LOT of kids were outside playing That says something to me That says parents are okay letting their kids play outside because they know theyre safe Even though my parents are older and dont have any children it made me feel safer knowing theyre therennI know that this sounds like one of those gushing paid reviews that the internet is riddled with Theres nothing I can say to convince you that it is genuine Just give them a chance and remember to be patient They have their rules to follow and they do want to rent to you more ... hide ...
