We had a good experience. Would of stayed another year but we bought a house. Stuff that needed repair maintenance came out and fixed it with out long waits. The girls in the office were very professional and gave us good customer service. Any problem we had they handled it as if it was their own problem. The apartment was in pretty good condition except couple minor things. When we moved in there was some stains in one room in the carpet and the dishwasher was old. They came and got it removed the next day and gave us a brand new dishwasher. They keep the pool clean everyday for the kids. 5 stars! more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry

The manager will only allow her ONE PARKING PASS a month which means i can only stay with her once a month..Come on now just because she is on Housing doesnt mean that she should be treated any different than anyone else. I truly believe this is some sort of scam to make money with towing company. I have worked with Housing Authority in other cities and never heard of such a practice.
