Better than most of the other apartments i stayed in We had a good experience Would of stayed another year but we bought a house Stuff that needed repair maintenance came out and fixed it with out long waits They even came out after hours one time Th Better than most of the other apartments i stayed in We had a good experience Would of stayed another year but we bought a house Stuff that needed repair maintenance came out and fixed it with out long waits They even came out after hours one time The girls in the office were very professional and gave us good customer service Any problem we had they handled it as if it was their own problem The apartment was in pretty good condition except couple minor things When we moved in there was some stains in one room in the carpet and the dishwasher was old They came and got it removed the next day and gave us a brand new dishwasher They keep the pool clean everyday for the kids 5 stars more ... hide ...

I have to say it things are actually getting better thanks to the maintenance manager Hes been on top of fixing things sometimes it takes longer to get parts but he founds a way to fix it Thanks park Glen Apartment

Recently renovatedbut ths staff is very unorganized It took them 6 MONTHS to fix a shower and air conditioner that was broken before we moved in Now we have a leak in our kitchen our sink air conditioner and dishwasher constantly leak water and our Recently renovatedbut ths staff is very unorganized It took them 6 MONTHS to fix a shower and air conditioner that was broken before we moved in Now we have a leak in our kitchen our sink air conditioner and dishwasher constantly leak water and our showers and washing machine wont drain water We have had this issue since Friday and its now Tuesday and nothing has been donenOh also car alarms go off all the time at least 5 or 6 a day Little kids run around setting them off and causing mayhem Parents dont do anything about it either more ... hide ...

Very Very disrespectful staff Was on a waiting list for an apartment told the lady that I was still interested and she told me to come the next day at lunch Went up there thinking I was getting an apartment and the rude lady at the front told me tha Very Very disrespectful staff Was on a waiting list for an apartment told the lady that I was still interested and she told me to come the next day at lunch Went up there thinking I was getting an apartment and the rude lady at the front told me that they went ahead and leased the apartment the day before In my opinion if you ask someone if they are still interested and you tell them to come the next day you dont keep calling down the list just so you can get your damn money I WILL NOT try to rent from this place again its a horrible horrible place rude staff more ... hide ...
