Its been great everyone has been so helpful especially Diamond Extremely polite knowledgeable and helpful I chose this community specifically because its in a better neighborhood and I love the floor plan

My disposal died and was replaced quickly The cooling part of the air conditioning didnt work so until they were able to replace some of the equipment they brought a temporary portable air conditioning unit that worked really well The bottom coil in My disposal died and was replaced quickly The cooling part of the air conditioning didnt work so until they were able to replace some of the equipment they brought a temporary portable air conditioning unit that worked really well The bottom coil in my oven died and was replaced quickly Other things in my apartment that have needed to be replaced have been done quickly Just recently the lights in the covered parking area have been replaced with brighter lights which is fantastic Just recently a person was doing touch up painting in the outdoor hallways A couple outside lights had been vandalized and were replaced Some of the signs in the outside hallways that display the apartment numbers have been recently replaced I have heard from neighbors here how the maintenance guys have gone above and beyond to help them when they needed repairs more ... hide ...
