This place was decent in the beginning, but now? You get no email response, theyve lost money orders and rent payments, and they literally never answer their phones. They have a whole building full of staff members that live that but dont bother to take care of anyone elses needs in the complex. We placed maintaince orders in when we first moved and they were literally just addressed back in February. Over a year to address the maintained issues. Our package got stolen by little kids one time and when we informed the office problems began and we started getting fees other people problems. I recently fgot sick and had to ask travis county for assistancenwith rent, and sure enough that eas ompossinle because they couldnt get in touch with any one from the team to get my rent paid. Now im suffering from debt because they lack communication. The debt I can fix, bubut there has been times after we moved in three months in a row between April may and June of 2021 we were \"audited\" three times. Turns out after asking questions theyve lost all our income paperwork and so on. If we didnt comply with sending in the documents for a third time we were going to get evicted because of their irresponsibility. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. They cannot be trusted and their communication is poor. The service is poor. The inside is beautiful no doubt, but customer service goes a long way. They even tried to tow my car after Ive lived there for nearly two years.... makes no sense. Never had an issue unp until June. I just dont think its ideal. It used to be friendly. Staff was alert and responsive but now, it just isnt the same. Incompetent workers. Management is poor. Staff is poor. Im stuck with a debt due to irresponsibility on their end. Its okay, I do have a lawyer looking into the issues due to my paper trail of multiple communications that have been ignored.

Pretty petty and foolish if you ask me gives eww a name for the ridiculous pouts given, like your adults people this complex has come along way from where it was and continues to show growth amongst the property and its staff. Great people by the way so caring and willing to go above and beyond for their residents. Trust me Ive been a home owner on the nearby street for over 10 years and have great communication with management and also have community classes with multiple residents there to know what Im talking about.Sounds like most recent bad reviews on here are just cry for attention since their lies were no longer mistaken for honesty. Keep up the Great work Villas of Cordoba!

I was told two bedrooms were ready for immediate move-in, so I flew here and informed the property. They scheduled an appointment to view the apartment at 1pm yesterday, but no one was there and I received no call or ema
I was told two bedrooms were ready for immediate move-in, so I flew here and informed the property. They scheduled an appointment to view the apartment at 1pm yesterday, but no one was there and I received no call or email to reschedule. I had to pay for an Uber both ways in order to get there. When talking with two different receptionists, one couldn't even schedule me for today due to being fully booked on appointments. People were waiting outside just like yesterday, including the mailman who had been turned away. As a voucher holder who only has a certain amount of time to search for a home, it is unprofessional to not show up or reschedule. Upon further inspection of the complex, I found that even the pool was disgusting while maintenance workers were still around; the website photos are extremely deceiving as well. To conclude my message: as someone who works with property managers/real estate agents daily, this kind of behavior is unacceptable; all it would have taken was a two minute phone call from you in order to reschedule us instead of wasting our time and money coming when you weren't available - and even then your call center could have offered assistance in notifying others that you weren't present.
