My family and I lived at Wellington Place Apartments from 20162020 During our time there we unfortunately dealt with mold which was very toxic to my small son as he woke up every night with breathing difficulties as well as my daughter whom had sinusMy family and I lived at Wellington Place Apartments from 20162020 During our time there we unfortunately dealt with mold which was very toxic to my small son as he woke up every night with breathing difficulties as well as my daughter whom had sinus issues everyday I reached out to the office several times about the issue in which they told me to just clean the areas with bleach mold cannot be easily cleaned with bleach as it floats throughout the air smh We also had pest problems we experienced roach issues all in the kitchen and bedroom areas They only came to spray once every 2 months which was a temporary fix for a few days and then they were back again We finally were so ecstatic when we found a new place and moved out in 2020 Keep looking if you are considering moving here especially if you have childrenmore ...hide ...

I was previously living in Cold Harbor Pines. There is a sufficient amount of assigned and visitor parking spaces. If you get towed, it's due to someone calling to have your car moved. My children are 1 and 7, and I have hosted their parties in the community room, which requires a $50 deposit but is refundable. I've used the room four times. Our property manager organizes kid-friendly activities like egg hunts, Halloween parties, and even a petting zoo. Additionally, she often gives out gift card drawings for those who pay their rent early. I've never had an issue with maintenance not being addressed within 24 hours, and they do an annual check on the apartments to give warning for cleaning. They also spray for bugs on a monthly basis, which I appreciate. I don't comprehend why the reviews are so low, as the people who are dissatisfied would have left long ago. I'm really going to miss our team here when I'm gone.more ...hide ...
