I have had a negative experience with the new management of this property. They are unprofessional and do not communicate well with their staff. The lighting is poor and it is difficult to walk around at night because ofI have had a negative experience with the new management of this property. They are unprofessional and do not communicate well with their staff. The lighting is poor and it is difficult to walk around at night because of the lack of light bulbs. The people who have moved in the past few years are often drunk and smoking marijuana, which makes me feel unsafe for my children. Additionally, work orders that I have submitted online have not been followed, and I have had to call in to check on them. I am very disappointed with the current state of this property and would like to see it improved.more ...hide ...

These are 85 to 90 year old garden apartments built in 1930€™s. They just had a major inside renovations in 2019. They had a older heat pump replacement in all units.
