Dave the manager was always very responsive and quick to see to any repairs or concerns. The rent price was great, the apartments were well kept and very large, and we had some great neighbors who we will miss. We would definitely encourage anyone to rent here.more ...hide ...

None of the walks have been shoveled or snowblowed...I cannot get my vehicle out due to the amount of snow in the driveway going out of the parking garage...I tried and couldnt get out. I was supposed to be somewhere this a.m. and couldnt and couldnt call a cab because I wouldnt have been able to walk through all of the snow to even get to a cab. I am disabled. I said something to the manager when she was here this a.m. and she stated that the guy that was supposed to do the snowblowing had an appt at 10am in Berlin and would be here after that. Isnt this considered \"entrapment\" according to the ADA guidlelines and rules??! No, Im not happy, as this isnt the 1st time this has happened and I let it go the other times. I called the \"corporate\" office in FDL. It is going on 12:40pm and still nothing!more ...hide ...

I loved it there, the entire year and a half I lived there. I lived in the 500 building and the people, especially Dee, were so friendly. Angie was also wonderful and easy to talk to about any issues or concerns we had. I loved it there, the entire year and a half I lived there. I lived in the 500 building and the people, especially Dee, were so friendly. Angie was also wonderful and easy to talk to about any issues or concerns we had. The only problem I had was when a €œhigher up€ person put a note on my door, along with anyone with a dog, saying to pick up all dog poop or vacate within a week. Considering we always picked up after our dog, it was ridiculous for them to be that extreme without knowing who did it. However, I left a well thought out voicemail to them and that was that. No other issues and the apartment was lovely. The only reason we moved was because we purchased our own home, or we would still be there. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, nice apartment!more ...hide ...

Manager has been seen walking in apartments without permission or tenants knowing he went in. He abuses his power to do whatever he wants. Interrogates and harasses tenants till they can€™t take it and move. Property owners allow it even after multiple reports and then manager finds out and makes tenants life miserable.more ...hide ...
