2019-12-31T18:36:38ZI am currently trapped inside my building None of the walks have been shoveled or snowblowedI cannot get my vehicle out due to the amount of snow in the driveway going out of the parking garageI tried and couldnt get out I was supposed to be somewher I am currently trapped inside my building None of the walks have been shoveled or snowblowedI cannot get my vehicle out due to the amount of snow in the driveway going out of the parking garageI tried and couldnt get out I was supposed to be somewhere this am and couldnt and couldnt call a cab because I wouldnt have been able to walk through all of the snow to even get to a cab I am disabled I said something to the manager when she was here this am and she stated that the guy that was supposed to do the snowblowing had an appt at 10am in Berlin and would be here after that Isnt this considered entrapment according to the ADA guidlelines and rules No Im not happy as this isnt the 1st time this has happened and I let it go the other times I called the corporate office in FDL It is going on 1240pm and still nothing more ...

I loved it there, the entire year and a half I lived there. I lived in the 500 building and the people, especially Dee, were so friendly. Angie was also wonderful and easy to talk to about any issues or concerns we had.
