Hi How are you Im looking for a property that accepts Section8 housing vouchers Depending on the zip code of the property the voucher will cover different amounts for rent The voucher is for a 2 bedroom but in the voucher briefing package it states that its ok for a tenant to have more rooms than what the voucher has on it as long as the voucher is able to cover the rent Living in the home would be me 30 yrs old my oldest daughter 11yrs old and my youngest daughter 7 yrs old I can pass a criminal background check credit check and my rental history is good Some properties except for me to make 2 or 3x the rent and thats what stops me from being approved for properties because I dont get paid enough to make 23x the rent We dont have no pets but hopefully once we get a proved for a property we were thinking of maybe getting a small dog Im looking forward to moving as soon as possible Im a head start teacher who works for Sheltering Arms for Kids I make 17 an hour and get paid 2720 every two weeks Im not looking for anything in particular Just a nice home where me and my kids will be comfortable and feel safe like at home
