Awful! Staff is generally nice but very inefficient. They shut off the water and perform inspections much to frequently with little to no warning I would usually get papers informing me about these things 1-2 days before they happened.Staff is as I stated earlier can be kind but they dont seem qualified for what they do. The maintenance workers are excellent but personally when things broke at my apartment I wouldnt want to ask them to fix it because it was very expensive and most of the time it was probably not even my fault it was just the old apartments. The windows had mold which would often make me sick and the apartments in general are trashy.I understand that these apartments are for low income and the location couldnt be better but honestly I wouldnt bother trying to get a place here because its not worth the trouble. Also the laundry mat they have is awful most washers and dryers dont work. The learning center is OK there is after school care. The apartments claim they have or at least had free WiFi but as soon as I moved in they decided to inform me that it was not longer avalible. The pool is nice when maintained tends to be shutdown and often dirty but during the summers its usually fine. The playgrounds often have caution tape around them because they are old and worn out. Young children that live here are always running around and honestly I was usually scared for there safety because cars went through there quickly and I would literally almost witness those kids get so close to getting hit by a car and there parents dont even care. As I said before the apartments may SEEM NICE but truthfully they are not worth your time and money. more ... hide ...

My gran has lived here for about 9 years now. Not much to really say. Its perfect for an active senior citizen and close to good stores and such. Shes been in good hands since. My only gripe is the gate access. If they are gonna do that then it should be on the left side if the property instead of the right. more ... hide ...
