I tried to move to these apartments from out of state (Michigan) and they wanted me to come in for an application appointment. I tried to explain to them over email and on the phone, that I would like to do all of this v irtually/on the phone so that when I arrive (from a 20+ hour drive!!) all of this is ready and I can have my keys. The lady got very sassy with me and tried arguing with me and telling me that there might be \"errors\" on the application if I fill it out myself and that its their \"policy\" to do everything in person and they dont have the technology to support electronic signatures?? Have you heard of scanning in a document?? Not to mention we are in the middle of a pandemic.... how is it not possible to do things virtually??? I am absolutely mind blown and they have lost a costumer from someone who really wanted to live at this location! more ... hide ...

We have had a great experience here! We were very particular in picking our unit, so we chose a unit that had only 8 apartments, where the 2nd story was the highest, which was nice for us. People were nice, which always helps. The office isnt always the best at communicating back and forth but if you physically go in, youll have no problems. Parking can be difficult, so sometimes its wiser to just secure a spot, so its always consistent. But other than that, the dog park was great, the gym being open 24 hours was great, and its very peaceful, especially the drive through the trees to get home. LOOK AT REAL REVIEWS FIRST!Other reviews have said that the majority of reviews are written by fake accounts, since the complex has been rebranded/under new management twice in the recent years and was just repainted.The re seems to be a consistent level of drug activity and public drinking here and it is highly encouraged to look up crime reports at the address. According to the city records, last February, someone was shot and killed in the parking lot. Less than 6 months ago, someone was shot there and the suspect fled. A child past in the complex, due to a welfare issue. They do not seem to regulate the complex for safety.The address is listed as a repeat offender for city code. There are reviews that units are infested with pests and the gates do not work, so anyone can drive in and out of the complex. Do your research before considering this complex, these issues should be fixed asap for the cost of living at this location. more ... hide ...
