STEER CLEAR! The staff his horrible. They have changed management 3 times since weve been living here. The A/C literally broke down 1-2 times a month. The apartment above us had issues and water leaked down into our apar tment and all into the carpets. They came and left some fans in the apartment and ripped up the cushioning and called it a day. They left the carpet all cut up and tore up. We have had to make numerous of complaints because the neighbors upstairs are bouncing balls on the hardwood floors and jumping off of the beds all throughout the night and the office does nothing about it. Just says they will make a note of it. Horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Cant wait until our lease is up! more ... hide ...

This is the worst property to live at, they address matters without having any proof of any residents around or an actual resident that goes on a daily basis to complain. I mean if the property manager REGINA, would stop favoritism at its finest. She sits in the office with one resident and literally hears all her complaints for more then an hour. But will not hear the other residents story. Instead of addressing this matter privately. She literally tried to get both residents for a sit down of confrontation. I am shocked as to what I am hearing, how this resident and property manager are making threats and harassing this other resident with removing her assistance for housing. When they have had numerous of sit downs with this resident, resident seems to have a problem with the other one. This is past property management taking care of it. At this point I WOULD ASK FOR PROOF if this resident clearly doing something wrong and address it accordingly. Without any scandals in the office. SANDALWOOD MANAGEMENT I am shocked that this is even going on and no one is reporting it. Regina I am questioning your property management skills. Clearly you need to reread the TAA violation forms all over again. Also complete a fair housing class, it seems their is none taken from what I have witnessed. I am also expecting some retaliation since Regina the property manager declined to give her supervisors email to address this properly. Also when A resident request the regional email. Nicely give them the email, its something you cant deny. This shows that there is more going on in the office that is not being reported and addressed according to Fair Housing Procedures, I would like to get a response from management quickly regarding this matter. more ... hide ...

Although they advertise my former apartment complex as \"Seniors Only\", they are allowing younger relatives of the over 55 tenant to move! They have no idea how many folks have been doing that. Its unenforceable, as mor e and more 20 Year olds are appearing wandering around the hallways. They even had one pair of shady tenants rip the washer/dryer money card machine right out of the wall next to the elevator---all on Mothers Day! People walking in and out, no need to enter a door code. I watched streams of grandkids and adult children bringing flowers and gifts through the lobby. I lived just down the hall and went to grab lunch. Thirty minutes later, I return to the lobby to see a small crowd of people standing next to a huge hole in the wall! Same thing happened with some local transients kept being spotted either wandering around wearing all black hoodies, or the cleaning crew surprised by some guy. Sleeping in a bathroom (they never bothered to repair the lock on the fence in the back despite being told numerous times). I started living there in 2017 shortly after having gone through a really rough health scare in New Mexico. My lungs were frail and I had to be on oxygen tanks all the time. I was sitting in the lobby and one of the agents came over and plugged in a fake perfume room deodorizer, very strong smelling stuff. There was no letting me know what she was doing. She just plugged it in and walked away! My oxygen tank was really obvious I would think. I decided to go to my apartment, just 100 feet down the hall. As I started walking I saw the other leasing office agent holding up a can of Air freshener, spraying it nonstop as I was forced to breathe in the chemicals. No apologies. She just said that some bigwigs from corporate were going to visit them and they wanted everything to be beautiful. more ... hide ...
