After living in the facility for a year it has gotten HORRIBLE. When I first moved in the apartments were beautiful, clean and welcoming. Now¦ its a disgusting place to live in. The cleaning lady only cleans the a rea she resides in and around the office. She cleans it enough to fool the possibly future tenants. I have been complaining about the lady and her kids above me since they moved in (even sent in videos per request) and shes still a problem. This is a section 8 apartment complex and it definitely shows. The only thing they care about is if you can make rent on time. What once was a beautiful place to be is now an absolute dread to come home and have to walk through these conditions. Lets not forget to mention NOTHING THAT REQUIRES THE KEY FOB WORKS! Its basically for decoration to look as if youre protected here when you really not. Save your money and you peace of mind. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!! more ... hide ...

We lived in one of the 2 bedroom river facing, corner apartments at the Commerce building for a year. This is a historic downtown building, redesigned as a contemporary loft-style apartment buildingI think a nice add ition to BR. Overall, I really enjoyed the design of our apartment and the building. However, the cleanliness, maintenance and general management of the building and its amenities are unfortunately not in good shape, and the reason why we left. Downtown is a nice place to live in BR, but Id recommend finding an apartment at one of the other buildings. more ... hide ...
