If I could give zero stars I would. Do not waste your money in this slum. I moved back after living here previously and now am having to pay a lawyer to help me break my lease due to the disgusting conditions of this pro perty. Roaches and wasps are rampant inside the units and the Property has done nothing to solve it, yet claims that it will be handled. Water is shut off throughout the day with no notice and good luck getting any maintenance accomplished. I was left with mold in my ac for 3 days after being told I would get serviced in order that requests were received. I asked to speak with the manager Mackenzie after notifying the office staff, trinity, who is also rude and unprofessional, that legally they couldnt make me stay here with mold, and still never received a call. 4 days later the maintenance staff comes and tries to tell me that its not mold just dust, as if I dont have eyes. My unit has needed several repairs since move in and after 7 months it has yet to be solved, yet they expect your rent timely every month. This property and their staff is a joke and waste of your hard earned rent money, save yourself the hassle. Even after contacting MMI, the property managing company, I received no responses to my concerns. I have opened a case with the Attorney Generals Office. Stay Away!! more ... hide ...

I wouldnt suggest this entire area for first time apartment owners. The area is pretty dangerous. The landlady harasses you. My room mate was actually bruised his collarbone on the ac vent when it fell on his shoulder. I nitially they were really kind and made everything seem so wonderful. They dont care about their tenants at all. I didnt get my deposit back and i left my apt in immaculate condition. There are frequent power outages. The land lady will show up for work and sometimes lock her office for the entire day. The laundry facility is a mess and majority of the appliances are broken. Very noisy. Please dont waste your time here. Its just all around terrible take your business elsewhere i strongly suggest it. more ... hide ...

I had to pick up trash from in front of my door everyday. The Police had to be in there everyday.They did not give proper notice when things needed to be done.The office staff could never seem to answer any questions. Th ey will not give you the Corporate Office number if you have questions. They are not friendly or professional with anything dealing with tenant concerns or issues. More than 30 days after I vacated the unit I still had not received my deposit or a printout of any alleged damages.I am glad I no longer reside at these apartments.
