My mom was sent here after a full knee replacement. It was a rough 2 weeks after surgery to get her here but it was worth it. She was discharged the day after surgery and had 2 ER visits and both led to being readmitted to the hospital before her insurance finally agreed to let her go. This place was amazing! The staff were so friendly, helpful, encouraging and cheerful. You can tell they all love their job. Everyone from housekeeping to the physical therapist to the nurses were awesome! She had 3 1/2 hours of physical therapy a day which helped her recovery tremendously. She also received occupational therapy which helped her build her strength back. After a week of being here, my mom was discharged and had made so much progress she could go home. She would not be this far along without the hard work they made her put in and the encouragement. She was sad to leave because everyone here is great! My mom is a big coffee drinker and that is one of the first things she would do in the morning is walk down the hall to see if the coffee was ready. Several mornings the ladies would bring the coffee to her in her room which warmed her heart and make her feel special on top of everything else they have to do, they took the time to do that for her. I will recommend this rehabilitation facility to everyone I know and it came highly recommended to me!!! more ... hide ...
