Since and. Connie left this place aha been a hail hole to live in!!!! Ive never woke up to take a bath and no water! Tried to cook no water! Tried to feed my kid NO WATER! The notice came the day of the water being t urned off!!! Im so frustrated with the management at this point Im ready to move! Then prior to it getting cold no A/C bc the A/C unit needed to be changed Ive been here for two years TWOOOOO YEARS now that its cold I dont have HEAT! Im using my oven to warm my apartment up!!! You think they came to get these units in the apartment no! Door was barely hanging on they remodeled all the unvacant apartments first before the VACANT apartments not smart!!!! I rented here from Aaron Goolsby with Covington & Associates. He is amazing and if you have any issues he will get them resolved right away. I would rate this property 5 stars, but the property management company, Chris Dumestre, is HORRIBLE! There are things that the property manager would have to handle and they never answer the phone or return voicemails. I initially called them to rent a condo before knowing of Mr. Goolsby and they left a key outisde for me to view the unit alone, after many missed appointments, and when I called them back to let them know I wanted to rent the unit they never returned my calls. They have been reported to the BBB many times so you can review their ratings there also. Covington & Associates need to buy the entire subdivision and it would be a great place!! Im pretty sure the units that are cheaply done are those owned by Chris Dumestre because they all have different owners and are different, mine was very updated. more ... hide ...
