These apartments has poor management. You call they never answer the phones, leave a message and they never call you back. They set appointments by leaving a note in your door. Then when you go to the appointment they do not answer the door. They will send you a noticed saying you never showed up to your appointment when they know fully well they didnt answer the door or your phone call. How is this in any way professional? more ... hide ...

Im going to start by saying it takes ALOT for me to write reviews! But my experience here has been so horrendous that if I can help 1 person avoid this place then itll be worth it. Im currently 2.5 months int o my lease and regret my move here everyday. If most of you are like me, youre considering this place based on price and location.Price - For accurate budgeting, expect the high end of the price range on their website. If the unit you want says $760-$905¦expect to pay $905 PLUS the mandatory cable fee of $85 each month leaving you at $990, not incl your water usage.Location - youre in the hood. Simple and plain.Maintenance - my maintenance guy and I know each other on a first name basis at this point. Literally since day 1 Ive submitted work orders for numerous issues. Bugs / AC x 4 / water leaks etc. Out of frustration I even reached out to the housing authority to file a complaint. Most of these units are just outdated and overpriced.Staff (Corporate) - the staff is cool when can catch them. They never answer the phone and theres always a new face in the office so I know the turnover is high. Theyre also always on edge from dealing with irate tenants daily.**Theyre also shady as hell! Recently they randomly increased their mandatory coverage for renters insurance from 100k to 300k but thats not the kicker. If the change isnt made to your policy in a week then theyre going to charge a $500 fee!!! And they conveniently left that part out of the notice. Luckily I asked and they told me.**Amenities - the updated units are nice. The gym is only open during business hours so if work a M-F 8-5 good luck. Havent made it to the pool yet.In my unbiased opinion, this place is going to be worth the price or the stress. Avoid if you can, or youre going to be up at 6am writing a lengthy review in efforts to warn the next soul. more ... hide ...

Overall this is a pretty standard community for the area. The units are very inexpensive given the price of rentals right now, but somewhat outdated. Given the age there is some understandable wear and tear as well as so me bugs, but thats understandable give the age of the buildings. The office is extremely understaffed and non-emergency maintenance seems to take quite a while to be handled. The office manager is super kind and helpful and has been very accommodating regarding anything I may have forgotten, or any changes I wanted to make to the unit (locks, etc...). The area can be pretty noisy, but everyone in my building and the two surrounding has been really nice and there are lots of families here, so there is very little in the way of tomfoolery that goes on within the complex itself. For the price I would say it is definitely worth it. Make sure to put in an application three to six months prior to when youd like to move in since there is a waiting list. more ... hide ...
