I should of listen when i saw the reviews and never moved into this place! This place is horrible. The new management doesnt care about the concerns of the residents. These apartments need to be knock down and re build. When it says in the ad for this place on rent place or whatever site your looking at newly renovated place, its not a renovated apartment, the only thing that is renovated in the apartment are the floors a new coat of paint and a new toilet! So dont be fooled! Whoever they hired to do the paint job, they need new people, how do you paint over electric outlets! It takes maintenance so long to fix stuff and when they finally come and look at it, nothing gets fix. Even when you call maintenance every day to fix something they come up with every excuse in the book and it takes them 3 months to fix a ceiling( and when they were done, they left my bathroom a mess no respect at all). They like to do construction whenever time they feel like (I get it cause you need to fix up the place) but why are you doing it at 6pm at night. The laundry rooms are disgusting! Mold in the washer and dryers. If you try to talk to the new owner, he brushes you over and tells you you can move out if you like and rent a renovated apartment and pay more money. Im counting down the months until i move out of this hell hole, nothing but problems since i moved in. Please do yourself a favor and look at other places, so much more better places than this horrible place! more ... hide ...

Maintenance staff does not make repairs. When you call the maintenance service number, a person takes the info and it goes into a system and then nothing happens. The only way to get them to make repairs is to walk aroun d outside and track a maintenance staff person down. Once, I had no heat for a week. Called over and over. Finally the service person connected me to a maintenance persons cell phone who immediately chastised me. He said \"No heat for a week? Why didnt you call?\" I have work orders for repairs in the system unattended to that are months old. The dog size limit (25 pounds) is not enforced. But if you cant afford higher rent basically everywhere else, what can you do? more ... hide ...
