I wish I had heeded the reviews and never relocated to this awful place! The new management clearly does not care for the tenants' grievances. The new management clearly does not care for the tenants' grievances. These apartments are in need of tearing down and rebuilding. When an advertisement for the apartment states that it has been recently refurbished, don't be fooled! The only renovations are the floors, a fresh coat of paint, and a new toilet. The painter they employed must be replaced; how can they paint over electric sockets? Maintenance is so slow in responding and when they finally show up, nothing is fixed. Even when you call daily to get something fixed, they come up with every excuse and take three months to repair the ceiling. When they were done, they left my bathroom a mess, with no respect at all. They like to do construction at any hour they please (I understand that the place needs to be fixed), but why at 6pm? The laundry areas are disgusting; with mold growing in the washing machines and dryers. If you try to speak to the owner, he will simply brush you off and tell you to move out and rent a renovated apartment for more money. I'm counting down the days until I'm out of this living nightmare; nothing but problems since I moved in. Do yourself a favor and look at other places; so much better options than this horrendous place! more ... hide ...

DO NOT MOVE HERE our 1 mistake was thinking because its ClarkNJ the apartments would be well up kept inside and out WRONGx100 We moved in Sept and have yet to see maintenance for our dishwasher that we have been calling about since Sept We had no po DO NOT MOVE HERE our 1 mistake was thinking because its ClarkNJ the apartments would be well up kept inside and out WRONGx100 We moved in Sept and have yet to see maintenance for our dishwasher that we have been calling about since Sept We had no power in our living for 4 days before they came to ultimately DESTROY our living room and left debris everywhere Walls are paper thin you hear arguments and loud rap music pretty much regularly Our heat stopped working mid winter and took maintenance again forever to fix and there solution was leave it on 90 degrees it will only feel like 70 anyway It is pretty much low income housing in a really pretty town Pay the extra money and go to a nicer development do not make the mistake we did Wish I took the poor reviews seriously because they are so true more ... hide ...
