Maintenance staff does not make repairs When you call the maintenance service number a person takes the info and it goes into a system and then nothing happens The only way to get them to make repairs is to walk around outside and track a maintenance Maintenance staff does not make repairs When you call the maintenance service number a person takes the info and it goes into a system and then nothing happens The only way to get them to make repairs is to walk around outside and track a maintenance staff person down Once I had no heat for a week Called over and over Finally the service person connected me to a maintenance persons cell phone who immediately chastised me He said No heat for a week Why didnt you call I have work orders for repairs in the system unattended to that are months old The dog size limit 25 pounds is not enforced But if you cant afford higher rent basically everywhere else what can you do more ... hide ...

If you can find another place to live go therenI just moved in November and so far I have needed 2 new shower heads a new toilet and the shower faucet leaks non stop and management is a complete joke
