I was told on Monday that there was no availability AFTER I processed an application. After I was told there was no availability, you STILL proceed to run my credit. How does that work? How do you process an application with no availability?!?!?!! I see why people in the reviews are saying this place has nothing, but crooks! I had no issue with their being no availability. I started looking elsewhere, but if there was no availability, you should have refunded my application and never ran my credit. THAT MAKES NO SENSE. Then, you all have the nerve not to answer the phone. I will be blowing your phone up to speak to management. more ... hide ...

Leasing office manager Lala is very rude and racism and she doesnt let you to explain the problem which I have in my apartment because my Air condition doesnt work for last one month and keep going to her office. First she tell me that I am busy wait outside then I wait for 20 minutes outside then when I go inside her office she keeps saying dont get close to the desk stay with door and what is up she said what can I do. She is completely bad woman and she is treating with everyone like all those people who lives in these apartments are her slaves. Please and please dont take apartment in here because every one suffering from her. She is a big lair too because when I report my appointment problems she said you not tell me your problem when I asked check your camera then she said camera is not working. more ... hide ...

Ive lived here since June 2020, and I will say the customer service, property management team and overall satisfaction living here has declined. The attentiveness to detail, availability to help tenants and provide resou rces to tenants has completely diminished. When David and Tracey worked at Birch Run, they would provide resources, were attentive, and even gave out free thanksgiving turkeys during thanksgiving and food boxes for families in need. Also, handed our rental assistance packets at the leasing office when COVID hit and it was an increase in people losing their jobs, sick or in a financial dilemma. About two other property management teams have took over since then, and I would say theyre not as personable and customer service oriented as they should be. If I could rate this place itll be a 6/10. The pool has never been open since Ive lived here, the fitness gym is only opened during business hours which is now 9:00-5:00pm, and thats not accommodating to working individuals. I will say the area I live in is quiet, but this place doesnt offer munch of any amenities or have any events or days to cater to the residents. The apartments are spacious but I have been having a rollercoaster battle with my a/c since day1. Overall, its a place to live, but if youre looking for amenities, luxury and an attentive staff this isnt the place for you. more ... hide ...

I moved in a couple of months ago. Its not a bad apartment complex, but it is older and has some plumbing issues that maintenance hasnt bothered to take care of. Its also right in between two other complexes that are hor rible. Theres a terrible parking issue - if it wasnt for that I would have given 4 stars. I can not leave my apartment without losing my parking space at any given time. Ive left for 30 minutes and couldnt park anywhere near my building. I also cant have any guests, they have no where to park. As a matter of fact my car almost got towed because it was parked in back, but I am single and just came back with a load of groceries. Its unfair that I pay the same amount of rent as everyone else, and neither I nor my guests can park anywhere in front of the building. They either need to assign parking or make room for more spaces - which I am assuming they will never do. Any available space after leaving is going to be a NICE walk. Definitely not renewing. more ... hide ...
