I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was told that they have available units for my move in date and I did the application and paid the refundable admin fee and was told I would get a call inregards to if I was approved within 24-72 hours I called on the 3rd day and was told that the property manager will be calling me to let me know or id receive an email. A week past and I still havent received a call so I called again and was told the same thing several days later still didnt receive a call or email. So I called to cancel my application and was told Id only receive my refundable admin fee back which I understood then they turn around and call me the next day saying I cant receive my refundable deposit back. This place is unprofessional and seems like a scam for just money if you ask me. more ... hide ...

Horrible place. These people want to control your life. If they want to run a nursing home, call it that. But thats not all. They have problems with H&AC systems and water. The fire alarms go off regularly and everybody has to evacuate and they have roaches. There are people in there that cant take care of themselves while others still go out to work. When one tries to cater to a wide variety of folks, you serve no one properly. I stayed there three months. Good riddance. I price my independence. more ... hide ...

Unprofessional, and Inconsiderate. Weve been without Air Condition in the HEAT of the summer for about 3 weeks now without any known ETA on when the issue would be resolved. Ive called and left voicemails on numerous occ asions that went unreturned. I literally had to rush home to talk to someone physically which is totally UNPROFESSIONAL. Being that heat rises and were on the top floor our apt. has reached temperatures in excess of 90 degrees. Theyve never offered an alternative solution as far as portable units , industrial fans, etc. All they could say was that theyre working on orders in which they receive them, but i guess this is \"NON-ESSENTIAL\". Property Management of this establishment needs to do something about this because at this point its deemed UNLIVEABLE. Ive been a resident here for over 15 years which is ENTIRELY TOO LONG but its NEVER BEEN THIS BAD. SO ALL IM GOING TO SAY IS IF YOU WERE LOOKING TO POSSIBLY INQUIRE ABOUT LIVING HERE DO NOT!!!!!!!!
