When you call for information no one answers the phone. When I finally did get someone on the phone. They said they only in the office Monday Wednesday and Friday. Call during their work hours no one picks up the phone. I got so mad one time I called 15 times in a row and they blocked or send my number straight to voicemail. Im like if you had time to block or send me straight to voicemail you had time to answer the phone. I only call to see if they have any available apartments because you cant really tell by the website. I call like every other month or so because you never know when someone will move. But its annoying when you cant reach anyone. Ive been calling for at least 6 months now and only got someone to answer the phone once more ... hide ...

These are horrible apartments they walk and in out without a notice they wont fix nothing. The owner of these apartments wont even do nothing also the President of southern management wont do nothing either he takes ther e side all the time. I wouldnt even give them one star horrible horrible place. Nobody follows HUD violations then when a new manager starts then thats when they start trying to inforce rules... like they have been following rules. I was with out heat the entire time it was cold also they fail you for inspections over the same stuff they wont fix.Something needs to be done and all tenents or residents it starts from standing up doing something to these people who invades our space and treat as if we are beneath them I have soon to move out and will not be looking back it starts with us doing something about it Have a Bless Day more ... hide ...

My Mother was a resident of Wardlaw Apartments as the time of her passing. I spoke with the manager and she asked if we were going to be able to come and go through Moms old apartment. I explained that none of us in the family could, as we all live out of state and would be unable to go up there. She asked what we would like for them to do with my Moms belongings. I asked if it was possible for them to collect her important papers, photos, jewelry, and momentos/keepsakes and send them to us, and they could donate Moms clothing, furniture, etc to charity. She said she could do that for us. Fast forward several months. My grandmother recently got a letter from management asking when we were going to go through Moms apartment.Not to mention when my Mom lived there there were people living there who would argue and be loud late at night, unsavory people hanging around the building, etc. more ... hide ...
