I lived here for a year before I had to move for work. Otherwise, I would have renewed my lease. Friendly staff, well kept. My apartment was in good shape. I didnt have any real issues. Would have liked a pool or some ot her amenity, but not a deal breaker. I liked having washer and dryer hookups for myself. It was nice being close to Easton and the neighborhood was good. I have been in park trails for a few years, the apartments are pretty, but when it comes to getting maintenance done, you can go from waiting weeks to months before anybody will come in to do anything, and its always som ebodys working by myself are not enough staff its always something some reason why you cant get your maintenance request and done in a timely matter.I was told, just move, first of all moving is expensive and if Im paying my rent, why would your answer to why I am upset that Im not getting my maintenance request done is to just move the object is to keep tenants in the apartment, because then the apartment complex would be losing money if its nobody in there. All I want is to be happy in my apartment with everything working and running smoothly. Supposed to be living my best life, I shouldnt have to worried if my toilet is going to overflow again, that has been messed up the whole time. Ive been here because I have another one that not to worry about it. Water has leaked so much in so many times that paint is chipping off of the base boards, a mildew, smell, vents have not been cleaned dust all on the ceilings and stuff, because the vent, and filters and vents havent been cleaned in years. ¡¡¡ more ... hide ...
