I am looking for a place for my mother and drove by this location with the Now Leasing sign on the gate. Before I got out of my car I was informed that there is no guest parking and I needed to move my car to the unpave d lot next door. As I pulled into this lot I was directed to there were about 8 people sitting there staring at me, which made me question my choice, so I decided to just leave. I came home and decided to read the reviews of this location and after doing so, I went back the following week for another try. I pulled into this questionable parking lot where again there were several people sitting and staring at me but this time I got out of my car and went into the building. I went up to the only window I saw and there was a person sitting behind the glass so I assumed I was at the correct place for information. I stood there unacknowledged for about 3 minutes when the young lady looked up at me. I explained that I was interested in information for my mother and I was quickly told there is nothing available but I was welcome to leave my name for the waiting list. I was already offended at this point so I just said no thank you without asking why there is a now leasing sign if there is a waiting list.I am happy for the folks who have left rave reviews for this location, however my experience was anything but. Right from the uneasy feeling parking and walking thru what felt like a judgment brigade to being ignored by the young lady sitting at the desk. Definitely will continue my search elsewhere. more ... hide ...

If I could rate 0 stars I would , This is my first google review ever I dont usually do this but honestly you do not want to rent from a place like this where management could care less.. I read a couple reviews whic h made me consider writing mine because it was true they do prey on the young its sad but the ugly truth.. I do not recommend lol the shortest lease they had was a year an I took it, I was in a rush & I did not get to see a model apartment before moving in as well but was told Id get a Revenovated/ up to date apartment as sampled on the pamphlet and when I moved in on the move in date I had waited about 5 hours infront of my apartment because they still werent done fixing whatever & still when I came in I was horrified but it is for sure what you pay for . more ... hide ...

I pay $930 a month for this apartment that doesnt get cold, I cant receive mail because the mail boxes are all broken into, the property wont fix them they will say they are (which theyve said since I moved here in March ) & the post office doesnt feel safe leaving mail there due to peoples mail being stolen, which is a huge inconvenience beings tho I do not drive and a lyft ride to the post office is $12 which equals too $24 a trip that is VERY inconsiderate, and on top of that my lyfts dont even wanna pull into the parking lot due to the damage of it that could really trash someones car by the way. On top of that its really hard to contact anyone in the rental office due to no one answering the phone or replying to emails. Its really frustrating not knowing who to turn too with these issues beings tho the only woman ive spoken too so far only wanted to argue with me due to the fact that I called her \"unprofessional\". I would give them 0 stars but I have to put at least 1 more ... hide ...
